Membership Restrictions:
1. You must be a property owner in Beaver Creek.
Charter Membership
- Initiation Fees
- $60,000 due along with a competed Application for Membership
- Due to significant interest, the price is subject to increase at any time
- Annual Dues
- $4,027 Annually
- Additional facilities, such as the Beaver Creek Club ski lockers are available to members for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Gold Membership
- Initiation Fees
- $35,000 due along with a competed Application for Membership
- Due to significant interest, the price is subject to increase at any time

- $2,826 Annually
- Additional facilities, such as the Beaver Creek Club ski lockers are available to members for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Amenities and Privileges for the Charter Membership:
- Full access to the Beaver Creek Club, year-round facility, located just west of the Centennial Chari maze; serving complimentary continental breakfast throughout the ski season.
- Exclusive use of Beano's Cabin and Allie's Cabin at lunch for members and accompanied guests; snowcat service to Beano's lunch for non-skiing members.
- Two unrestricted ski passes, renewable annually, to enjoy world-class skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Breckenridge Mountains.
- Full membership to the Allegria Spa at the Hyatt Regency Beaver Creek
- Use of Highlands Lodge swimming pool.
- Tennis at the Tennis Center without court fees. The center includes two hard courts, five clay courts and a tennis pro-shop.
- Exclusive rights to reserve member tee times and play for free at the Beaver Creek Golf Course. Cart fees are not included. Charter members also enjoy access to the members' locker and lounge facilities.
- Invitations to special sporting/ social events.
- Preferred access to Trapper's Cabin.
- Member ski school discounts on class lessons and workshops at Beaver Creek.
- Complimentary, temporary use of Beaver Creek Resort exterior ski storage facility.
- Beaver Creek Mountain pay-to-race course.

Membership Refund Policies (applies to both Charter and Gold)
- Resigned Membership - 50% refund of the Initiation Fee paid by the new member, not to exceed to original Initiation Fee paid by the resigning member, paid upon re-issuance of the membership
- Recalled Membership - 100% refund if recalled by Vail Associates, Inc.
